Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only. For international orders, please contact info@shefdress.com.
How long does shipping take?
We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days. Expedited shipping is also available at time of checkout.
What are your shipping costs?
We charge a flat rate of $6.95 for return shipping when you need to send items back to us.
Sizing & Fit
Do your items run true to size?
Based on customer feedback, we find that our sizing tends to run small. If you are uncertain about sizing it is probably best to order a size up.
Can I exchange for a different size?
The quickest way to get a different size is to return your item and place a new order once your return is accepted. This ensures you get the size you need as quickly as possible.
Care Instructions
How should I care for my Shefdress items?
Care instructions are included with each item and can also be found on individual product pages. Generally, we recommend following the care label on each garment. To maintain the integrity of the fabric we recommend Dry Clean Only.
Can I machine wash my items?
To maintain the integrity of the fabric we recommend Dry Clean Only. You are welcome to wash your garments in cold water, but be aware that the integrity of the fabric may be compromised. We would not recommend placing the garments in the dryer.
How should I store my items?
We recommend hanging items for storage to maintain their proper shape. We recommend steaming garments as opposed to ironing them if need be.
What if my item gets damaged during normal wear?
While we stand behind the quality of our products, normal wear and tear isn't covered under our return policy. However, if you experience an issue with quality or construction, please contact us at Info@shefdress.com.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You have 21 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
How do I return an item?
Simply email us at Info@shefdress.com to get started. Once your return is approved, we'll send you a prepaid shipping label and easy instructions.
Are there any fees for returns?
Yes, a $10 restocking fee and $6.95 flat-rate return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
What about damaged or incorrect items?
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us right away at Info@shefdress.com so we can make it right.
Do you offer exchanges?
Need a different size or style? The quickest way is to return your item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. If so, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
What if I haven't received my refund?
If it's been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, please reach out to us at Info@shefdress.com.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, as well as Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for secure and convenient checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, all payment information is encrypted and processed securely through our payment processors.
Orders
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Please contact us immediately at Info@shefdress.com if you need to modify or cancel your order. Once shipped, we cannot make changes.
Do I need prior approval for returns?
Yes, returns sent without prior approval won't be accepted. Please email us first at Info@shefdress.com.
