Shefdress Return Policy
We want you to feel confident and empowered in every Shefdress piece. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
You have 21 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
How to Start a Return
To begin your return, simply email us at Info@shefdress.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label along with easy instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
- A $10 restocking fee and $6.95 USD flat-rate return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Need a different size or style? The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at Info@shefdress.com.
